The Ridge At Blackmore is definitely one of the nicer apartments I’ve lived in. Located in a nice area in a decent neighborhood, places like Walmart the mall and nice restaurants are very close by, walking distance even. But far enough on the edge of town it’s not too busy like it would be walking downtown. The a couple of awesome statues , beautiful pink boulders, rocks and nice tress. You can tell they put some effort into the landscaping. The grass trimming and dumpsters are regularly taken care of. Residents can usually always find a decent parking spot it’s never over parked from what I’ve seen. Some apartments are looking out over the edge of town and have a nice views of the mountain &or the valley with not too many buildings in the way. The first floor patios are pretty decent size. I really like how you can decorate or put out furniture without having to worry about theft. I’ve seen a number of nice patios with residences personal style. The main office is very nice and often host free community events. Every month each unit gets a flyer with local Casper events and sometimes events in the office. Also each newsletter there is a pet of the month and you can enter to get your pet posted in the newsletter for all to see. I think that’s super cool. Our dog even one this January.😀 They put the effort into trying to give you the opportunity for community, not just in the apartments but also in the Casper area each newsletter. Things like holiday decorating contests for your patios, BBQS, bagel bars and other holiday events. Inside the units themselves are nice, I like how there is arches in some of the walkways it makes it feel less boxy, the units feel open. The current/new maintenance supervisor does his best to get himself and his team to do quality service. And get to any issues you may have as quickly as they can. If there’s an emergency they will come and try to fit it asap.

I was hesitant to rent sight unseen after my cross country move, and the reviews had me somewhat concerned as well. That said, other than a hiccup with my move in date when someone unexpectedly renewed their lease (which the office staff were very apologetic for) I haven’t had any issues. The apartment is great, neighbors are nice, it’s quiet at night and it’s near all the stores and amenities I’d want. Yes, there are fees on top of the base rent, but this is all spelled out in the lease so I’m not sure why so many people complain about it. If things change I’ll update my review, but so far I’m very happy with everything.

My husband, 2 cats and I called Blackmore home for almost 2 years. We loved our time here and 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, elevated apartment experience. The grounds felt super safe, things were very quiet at night and the staff in the office was incredibly easy to work with. Not to mention the pool and gym were great. Our apartment had a fireplace and ceiling fans which were great for the changing seasons. I had to break my lease due to a job promotion and they made the process very smooth.

I have lived in these apartments for over a year and as with any apartment there are ups and downs. No I am not talking about the stairs or the evevators! We had a waterheater go out during winter and the maintenance staff was there lickity split to repair this issue. There have been several occasions where I have been frustrated (probably my own doing) and gone down to the office in a rage only to have the wonderful office staff diffuse the situation and leave me happy and my issues resolved. Jess, Amber, Kirsty?.... and most of all that new girl Alex are just amazing. Thank you for providing the much needed and wonderful customer service to everyone. The Ridge is a wonderful place to live and I am proud to have called it my home for the last year.

My husband is a physician at WMC and we moved to Casper 5 years back. We thought of renting an apartment for few months, get to know the area and buy a house. We loved it so much here that we kept on renewing the lease every year and its almost 5 years now !!! We always had a pleasant experience from everyone here. Jessica is the sweetest manager Ive ever seen. Amber ,Van and Kirsti are always helpful and really nice .The maintenance staff are the bestt !!!They show up the same day or first thing in the morning the next day ! They are super friendly and caring. Quinn,John, Kolton,Bryant and Stanley are all awesome and skilled ! All this made our stay comfortable .Now we are moving to another state and we are really going to miss this beautiful place . I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants peaceful living with all the amenities.This place is the best in Casper ! Thank you Ridge at blackmore !

We currently live here and the dishwasher stopped working properly. I put in a work order and received a new dishwasher in about 8 business days! The appliance was installed by a very nice maintenance person. He installed and carried off the trash and even replaced some ceiling light bulbs while he was here. I don't know about other reviews but this experience was exceptional. Thank you!

I recently moved to Casper from SLC, UT. I have been very pleased with my experience thus far! The team in the office is amazing and they always answer my questions in a professional and timely manner. The apartment is beautiful and it was literally the cleanest apartment I have ever moved into! The grounds are huge and they have a cute park for my kids to play at! I love that they offer a variety of amenities to enjoy and the clubhouse is always clean and inviting! I would definitely recommend these apartments!

There is nothing to say but thank you. Thank you for being quick with maintenance requests (even more so for coming out in a blizzard and freezing temps to help with hot water issues).. thank you for keeping everything clean around the area.. those who have bad experiences all I can say is you get what you give.. my time was great. They were respectful and they have quite the funny office crew. I kept my apartment clean and they gave me way more back on my deposit then I even thought. So thank you for making the move in process and the move out process smooth and the time there enjoyable.

They provide cable, internet, hot tub, swimming pool, workout(mostly cardio) areas, monthly get togethers with things like nacho bars and ice cream, are good about cleaning up the snowy areas, w/d hookups inside the apts, easy to pay rent just dropping a check in, all in all I definitely enjoy living here. Only con: people without passes parking in resident parking and taking up spots from people who pay rent.

They provide cable, internet, hot tub, swimming pool, workout(mostly cardio) areas, monthly get togethers with things like nacho bars and ice cream, are good about cleaning up the snowy areas, w/d hookups inside the apts, easy to pay rent just dropping a check in, all in all I definitely enjoy living here. Only con: people without passes parking in resident parking and taking up spots from people who pay rent.

Friendly service good doctors that listen and take great pride in what they do because they deserve it. They offer a lot of services under one roof making it easy to have all your needs met very good at making appointments and the hours of the urgent care clinic makes it easier to be seen eliminating the feeling of having to go to the hospital.

I have lived at The Ridge at Blackmore for going on a year now. When I moved in, I was very reluctant to apartment living. So far, I have been very happy here, enjoying the pretty surroundings and my enjoyable neighbors. The staff at The Ridge are friendly and hardworking, buzzing by in the motor carts and always waving when they do. I would recommend The Ridge at Blackmore to my friends and family.

Very friendly staff, and always helpful. They truly care about their residents and make every effort to see to their needs. It's a very quiet apartment complex and very well kept. The apartments are warm and inviting with features that make a person feel at home. I love the text updates the send about our community to let us know what is going on and if someone's pet is missing. It's a great way to be connected. I also enjoy using the gym and look forward to when the pool opens.

Me and my husband have been here for 9 months it's been really nice I have enjoyed myself with the Pools and Hot Tubs gyms the space to go walk around people are nice here the only one thing that I'm going to complain about it when me and my husband first moved in we had put a complaint in that someone has peaked down our window from above us and we had asked numerous times if they could clean it up they never did this is the way we move barely started moving in and it was like that that's the only complaint that I have the most of all this is actually really good place to live but I was going to ask you still going to ask if it will go up when ourlease is up will are new release go up or down those were thinking if it goes up we are leaving is there nice places but they're too expensive you really are

I have lived at the Ridge for 4 years, and I love it. The office staff and management have never been anything but professional, courteous, and efficient when I have needed anything. The only issue I have it that the units are not soundproofed. I live in a one-bedroom and aside from one 6-month horror show of a neighbor, the noise level is bearable. The apartments are large and well-appointed. I love having my own laundry room in my apartment - this feels like home to me.

We've very much enjoyed living at The Ridge. Yes, if someone *stomps* around above you're going to hear it. Yes, they are rapidly expanding and sometimes you'll hear a lawn mower or a power tool. I suppose if you don't want something to go bump in the night above you, you can buy a house. Staff has been exceptional to work with and responsive to our needs. When a local company installed our washer and dryer and a leak resulted in molded walls and warped baseboards, management stepped up to bat and forced the vendor to cough up the repair money. We've always had cordial relationships with staff. We frequently use the gym, hot tub, and pool (when it is open). Love the amenities. One complaint about the clubhouse - we don't have access to the common room or billiard room after business hours. Have never had any problems with billing or neighbors. Our floor plan (the Lookout) is great for our needs. We really appreciate the extra touches (crown molding, spacious kitchen, arch in kitchen wall allowing visual access to the living room, quality carpets, rounded walls, fireplace, ceiling fan, walk in closets, etc that make living here a home and not just a place to live. Having lived in apartments on two continents nonstop for the past ten years, I can say without hesitation that this is the best place I've had...ever.
