As with everyone else... Don't expect to get your deposit back as well you may end up paying extra. Don't bother cleaning they will charge for it. Take pics before you move in. They take pics and say damage is yours even if it you document it. Good luck and don't expect any favors.

Thank you so much for scrubbing the Pigeon poop off my patio, looks fantastic. Not sure if the balconies above were fitted with anti-Pigeon devices to keep the pigeons from gathering and pooping down on my porch! Love the maintenance crew, always prompt and do a great job. Thank you

I'm giving this place 5 stars. Immediately as soon as I walked through the front door, the leasing agent was very polite and even supportive of my decision to inquire. I moved in the next day. They take care of maintenance issues very fast. My cats don't mind bird watching. And maintenance makes sure the porch is clean for me to enjoy bird watching also. 😆 I am so glad to not have a leaky faucet anymore.
