Overpriced! Understaffed! Rude! And if anything major goes on like an A/C your out of luck for weeks. Love that the owner says that they will help but, nobody every answers the phone. Also 3 weeks still no a/c.

My parents who recently moved out of this complex are 88 & 74 years old and so we hired a company to come in and clean the apartment from top to bottom per their checkout list that needed to be cleaned and had the carpet professionally cleaned as well. They received their final statement from Jessica- community manager - which stated that she charged them an additional $195 for cleaning. We have left phone messages that have not been returned regarding what the charges are for and my Dad went back to the leasing office today and requested a meeting with Jessica to go over the statement to find out what he was charge $195 for and he was told she was not available to meet and would not meet with him and the charges were not going to be removed. After investigating this a little bit more I have discovered that this is a common problem with this business and several past tenants have complained about charges for additional cleaning after they have moved out. Jessica refuses to discuss what the charges are for. Per Wyoming law I have discovered that they are required to present an itemized statement that indicates why they were charged certain charges. We have yet to receive this as promised or the pictures that she supposedly has taken. I have taken pictures following the cleaning of the apartment as well since I had a feeling that they were going to be difficult to work with. I find it interesting that this is a continual problem with past tenants- maybe she is making a little extra money on the side for herself? One would wonder! Do not rent from here they are a terrible facility and will take advantage of anyone that they can.

Unbelievable!!! They got rid of Spectrum internet and cable, to go with Bluepeak internet. Now, cable isn’t included in the rent but the rent didn’t go down at all!!! This place is an absolute joke for calling themselves “luxury” apartments. I’m going back to The Preserve.

The Good: Nice location on the east side of Casper. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Not a lot of traffic. The parking lot gets cleared in the morning after snowfall. The apartments are nicely sized and carpeted in the living room and bedrooms. They have laundry hookups in unit. The Bad: It is easy to hear neighbors and their pets, but this is the case with most apartments. Packages occasionally get delivered to the wrong unit. As others have mentioned, you will get charged for carpet cleaning when you move out even if the carpet isn't stained. This doesn't fall under normal wear and tear. You might get half of your deposit back.
