Called and left a message- they never responded. Stopped by to look at an apartment- treated like a nuisance Was told that they would follow up with us the next day- never did Needless to say, because of the staff, we ended up not even putting in an application here. We liked the apartments and they were well within our budget. However, I expect that a management company should at least follow through with what they say and treat everyone, as well as potential residents, with respect.

I will never do any kind of business with AMC property Management ever again (The Ridge at Blackmore). Their advertising is misleading and we didn't get the real information/cost till we received the lease ..once the lease has been signed, there are charges that are not covered in the lease. They are a complete scam and to avoid.

This apartment complex is scandalous. No matter how much you clean or the proof you have they will take your deposit. They never shovel the walks, the elevator doesn’t work half the time and the never clean the hallways which they charge you for. Looks nice from pictures but appliances are cheap.

The worst place in Casper to live. It’s a communist place to live. They dictate all changes to your lease to meet their own demands. They lure you in with perks of having amenities then when you go to renew your lease you can no longer get the same accommodations of the original contract and raise your rent. Furthermore, You pay the highest rent in Casper. To get a place to park your vehicle you will have to pay yet more just to have a place to park at the end of your hard day at work. Neighbors are the worst. Noisy inconsiderate constant banging elephant heard at all hours of the day and night. More to come. I will from now on give them a review daily.
