This property charged more than our agreement, confirmed the rate via email, then later stated they would not honor the email quote and would not accept our notice to vacate even 1 day late. We provided our 60 day notice on February 2, 2022 and they are requiring us to pay rent through April 30, 2022 which is 3 months later. This is after our company has had multiple units with them over several years. The lack of courtesy is astounding. Even their company attorney saw our point in the matter and did his best to mediate, but to no avail.
