Awful place to live. Evicting a family of 5 due to something they havenât done. Worst place ever. They mistreat the kids and lie about things kids arenât even doing. Donât rent here

The Ridge is wonderful! Staff is friendly and helpful. They have two pools-kid friendly! Pet friendly apartments that are beautiful and spacious. Have enjoyed living here so far.

Called and left a message- they never responded. Stopped by to look at an apartment- treated like a nuisance Was told that they would follow up with us the next day- never did Needless to say, because of the staff, we ended up not even putting in an application here. We liked the apartments and they were well within our budget. However, I expect that a management company should at least follow through with what they say and treat everyone, as well as potential residents, with respect.

I will never do any kind of business with AMC property Management ever again (The Ridge at Blackmore). Their advertising is misleading and we didn't get the real information/cost till we received the lease ..once the lease has been signed, there are charges that are not covered in the lease. They are a complete scam and to avoid.
