I just wish communication with staff was better. I wish staff was more understanding and would allow you to explain misunderstandings. I wish staff would call back and email back when it comes to fines. Living here has mostly been okay. I just donât think itâs fair to be potentially facing being evicted for a terrible dog mess that looked like dog waste from a distance from the point of view of someone elseâs balcony across the way but it was a mixture of brown, olive green, orange, burnt orange, and black toys that was torn up. Also part of it was from a dog Matt that was white on the bottom and brown on the other side. I can admit it looked awful in the picture but I wish someone had knocked on the apartment door and asked to see the balcony because it would have been a different outcome than being fined and having 10 days to pay or to leave the premises. I have 3 kids, 2 dogs, a recently amputated bf who is in and out of hospitals having surgeries, being the only person trying to keep up with cleaning behind mostly my kids tbh. I put off the balcony mess to worry about staying up my kids butts so they donât argue. Since being amputated, the elevators have been down multiple times (one time being for weeks) and having to carry everything up and down the stairs. My biggest issues that comes from my apartment and family is crying screaming arguing kids, bark at everything dog, the spots of the balcony carpet my dog chewed up when my kindergartner put him outside the balcony without my knowing, I DID NOT CLEAN THE MIXTURE OF TORN UP STUFF NO WHERE NEAR AS SOON AS I SHOULD OF (I just never would assume or consider it looking that bad from a distance. I felt embarrassed it looked like dog waste let alone getting fined $350), oh and my apartment most times looked lived in but clean, I have a new shampooer I use inside and my old one I use outside on the balcony because you can smell mildew on probably every balcony because of carpet. That smell when you forget to switch over your laundry from the washer machine. Thatâs not the apartments fault because when it rains or snows and the water is taking forever to try under the carpet, itâs bound to happen. I shampoo he hallway outside of my apartment every now and then too. My dogs will have to only chew toys indoors and not be able to get fresh air for any length of time⦠DO NOT BUY TAN, BROWN, BLACK, BURNT ORANGE, OLIVE GREEN, OR ANY COLORS SIMILAR FOR DOG TOYS OR IT WILL LOOK LIKE DOG WASTE FROM A BALCONY ACROSS FROM YOURS OR WINDOWS. Theyâll hit you with a $350 fee, wonât even investigate what the material actually is, and nobody picks up waste except maybe a total of 7 people because everyone else just leaves the dog waste and there is loads of it all over every patch of grass surrounding the apartment buildings. When you try to get ahold of someone they will claim they are right and be really rude with a huge attitude and say âIâm not arguing with you, you can go to the email with thatâ and hung up on your face knowing that no matter how many emails or how many times you try to have a conversation about this nobody is going to respond. Nobody is going to care. You spend over like what 1300 to live here and they donât even care to hear anything you have to say. I have 3 kids and a recently amputated bf who keeps having surgeries trying to save his existing leg⦠i wouldnât leave bodily fluids or waste anywhere from anyone. That can literally kill my bf who also sits on the balcony as well. I have 3 kids, if thatâs really waste I expect CPS to come knocking at my door because what the what?! I have 3 kids, 2 dogs, an amputated bf, stress from Christmas, stress from being a burnt out caregiver, stress of being a parent in general, stress about being the only one constantly cleaning behind the kids, my bf, myself, and my dogs. It really wasnât waste and I really should of cleaned it up immediately but someone could of had the decency to come speak with me and ask me about the balcony because I Them to come into my apartment and look at it themselves.
