Not sure why we pay an almost $80 Common Area Maintenance fee when the common areas are not maintained. The pictures were taken on Feb 19, 2020. The hallways and breezeways haven’t been cleaned since I’ve been here, almost 4 months ago. The sidewalks haven’t been cleared off or salted since the last snow two days ago and now they are very icy. I guess they don’t mind slip and fall lawsuits. And the doggy waste stations are overflowing because they don’t bother to empty them often enough. Yet we’re expected to pick up after our pups. Well, we expect them to do their jobs too. Oh well. Only a few months left and we’re out of here. This place advertises itself as a “luxury” apartment complex, but it is anything but luxury. Just another badly managed and poorly maintained facility run by money hungry out-of-state owners.
