Be very careful if you make the mistake of renting here. They may seem okay.... until you move out. I dont know if they try to rip everyone off, or just out of state people. They will nickle and dime you for nonsense when you move out. kiss your deposit goodbye, and then some. Well at least they did come get the ac running again, when it quit working..... yep they sure did.... in the mornings it would be 50° in there after they tinkered with it because it would not cut off. so it was either hot hot, or freezing cold..... I guess we should just be thankful nobody got sick?
