Had an appointment at 10. Lady was late didn't open until 10:30. Also wasn't very friendly... personally the place is great but the owner really need to get new staff.

My grandpa died, so my grandma needed to get out of her lease. They wouldn't let her out unless she found someone to take it over. That was heartless but fair. BUT when we found someone to take over the lease, somebody in the office instead rented them a different unit leaving us stuck in our contract. I'm not mad The Ridge, I'm disappointed.
