Over-priced. Apartments are not that great. Walls and ceilings are thin: I could hear everything my neighbor did from snoring to using the bathroom....

I will begin by saying Iâve never been so disappointed in a company before. I agree with the above reviews about the business practices being shady. Instead of recovering our deposit back we were charged in addition to the keeping our deposit because they needed to clean underneath the microwave. The apartment looked better when we left than when we arrived. They should not call it a deposit, if they have no intentions of returning it. They keep it no matter how you leave your apartment. I want to warn everyone if you rent from them you will not receive your âdepositâ back. We had a terrible experience and trying to work with the management afterward was terrible. Extremely rude and not willing to communicate with us.

If it could be negative stars, it would be. Forget the Witches of Eastwick when you've got the *itches of Blackmore. Easily the worst rental experience in my 50 years of existence. Lets start with ripping us off for 2 months of rent...be careful what you sign, our 12 month lease turned out to be 14 months. Then they stole our entire $1800 deposit. After reading some of the other reviews, sounds like we have a class action lawsuit on our hands. Let me know whos interested! I could go on and on and on about lack of integrity, lack of communication, shady business practices, etc...Literally the WORST managed apartments ever!
