everything was ok, but we got a down graded unit. we were shown granite countertops and rock corner fireplace when we toured, we moved into laminate countertops and a odley placed plug in fireplace. this makes furniture tricky. not a requirement for us but I feel that should have been mentioned. otherwise it was clean.

The lady above me is sweeping dog poo off her patio onto the ground in front of my patio. The movers almost walked through it and would’ve tracked it into my apartment.

From the approval process to the move in, smoothest transition ever. Literally every question I had (and I had a bunch), was answered professionally and politely.!! Im that nuisance customer where everything has to be explained detail for detail, and literally, Mrs. Amber was there the entire way to guide me. Haven't met sweeter people in business anywhere else, im overwhelmed by the assistance i received , and would recommend the complex which is very quiet to anyone

The Ridge is nice. it has two parks for kids to play on. A few things that would have made my 3 year stay a 5 star would have been if the neighbors would have quit dropping their cigars down onto our porch from the third floor and the upstairs neibors would put away their bird feeder so there wouldnt be seeds on our porch all the time. Another complant i have is that you can hear EVERYTHING that the people above you are doing. and i mean everything. if they are talking, you hear them, if they re running, you hear them. but that isnt all that made my familys 3 year stay bad it was also that the water heater is OUTSIDE where what ever temperature it is outside the water heater is trying to heat the water from that teperature. it would be better if it was inside the hall or inside the house.
