Our stay at The Ridge was great, very few issues to complain about.
The reason I gave it 1 star is because of the move out process. We maintained the apartment very well and cleaned it thoroughly before we left (by the move-out sheet they gave us) only to have $150+ dollars deducted from our deposit for cleaning needed.
I know this can be subjective, but I use to clean and flip apartments and I was Military for 14 years, so you can't tell me that we didn't clean well enough to receive our deposit back. When I called about it a gentleman answered the phone I told him the issue and he asked if I wanted an itemized list of what was cleaned (Which the cleaning that was charged was a falsified statement) and he just said he would forward my complaint to the property management. After a week (and still counting) I still have not heard anything about my complaint. I will be calling on a weekly basis until this is rectified.
Highly unprofessional. Highly unethical. Stay away from these apartments, unless you don't care about your deposit.
