By far the best experience I’ve ever had renting an apartment. The ladies in the office are super nice, something I was not used to before moving here. Would recommend!

Pigeons are all over unsanitary/ un maintained balconies and stair areas covered in bird feces. Maintenance on sidewalks very sub par in the winter months. Incorrect utility billing. They do not answer the phones… ever. Don’t waste your time cleaning either left in better condition then found and still charged a cleaning fee which has never happened to us before. I’ve sold several homes and cleaned them upon being sold and NEVER had an issue. Would not recommend.

I'm leaving a one star review because maintenance and vendors sent out to fix things often times do not knock, call, text, or otherwise communicate that they are coming to your apartment but instead simply barge in. I've had multiple instances of them doing that, opening my bedroom door as if they live there. It is super uncomfortable and unprofessional to have a strange man open your bedroom door or let themselves into your apartment or room without giving any notice. The amount of times this has happened is absolutely ridiculous. Do better.

I been waiting for summer and it is here and the pools are open and the Maintenance had them up and working on time with this heat thank you so much now the kids and I can swim and injoy the weather thank you to the Maintenance team at black more and the staff

My family is relocating for work. We met with Leasing Agent Alex M. She was so professional and kind. She took time to give us a tour and answer all our questions. She is extremely knowledgeable. She could relate to our situation and also able to offer suggestions for things to do in the Community of Casper. Bonus the apartments are spacious and very nice. Thank you again Alex - your rock!!

I lived in these apartments for a year and as you should expect when living in apartments it was great because I made it great! The office ladies are awesome especially the one who goes by Princess Alex!! What tremendous people!

I want to thank Leasing Agent Alex for her kind and professional service. She was extremely helpful, we are trying to relocate and Alex was so knowledgeable, offering us a tour of the property. Beautiful apartment and a lot of amenities for the whole family to enjoy. Alex went above and beyond, by also offering choices of what is available in the city of Casper. We recommend the Ridge - Alex thanks!

I’m relocating from out of state. I’ve been communicating with Leasing Agent Alex. What a wonderful Agent. Alex has been so professional and offering the best service, above and beyond. I have enjoyed the tour and the property is beautiful. So many amenities for us as residents. Look forward to living at the Ridge. Thank you Alex for making our choice easy.
