They provide cable, internet, hot tub, swimming pool, workout(mostly cardio) areas, monthly get togethers with things like nacho bars and ice cream, are good about cleaning up the snowy areas, w/d hookups inside the apts, easy to pay rent just dropping a check in, all in all I definitely enjoy living here. Only con: people without passes parking in resident parking and taking up spots from people who pay rent.

The only reason they get 1 star is 1) because I have to because here is no lesser option and 2) because the previous assistant manager was far more helpful and upfront than everyone there now and everything was fine with maintenance, they always came quick and resolved all issues. However the move out process has officially been ruined with anything positive that happened there. We put a $900 security deposit down. Now that we are out we cleaned sufficiently for 5+ hours roughly the night before I PAID to have cleaners clean the apartment for another 3.5 hours, and then Blackmore says they have to “detail clean my entire apartment” which took 8.5 hours for a charge of over $200 for cleaning!!! Their corporate management is even worse when this attention is brought to them. We took pictures at move out and are told “a picture can appear clean, but can truly be dirty when looked at with the naked eye.” So my practically perfect clean apartment means nothing to their naked eye witness testimony which of course trumps your eye witness testimony. Also a carpet cleaning fee is a non-negotiable charge whether your carpet has zero stains or not. EVERYTHING is charged back to the resident. No matter what. They expect you to have it as perfect as when the property was built before anyone lived there. If you live there I wouldn’t even bother cleaning. Don’t waste your time or money. Extremely disappointed with the dishonesty from this whole thing and believe me, this is NOT over. Below shows just a couple of our pictures of apartment before our cleaners even cleaned it!!!!!!

Friendly service good doctors that listen and take great pride in what they do because they deserve it. They offer a lot of services under one roof making it easy to have all your needs met very good at making appointments and the hours of the urgent care clinic makes it easier to be seen eliminating the feeling of having to go to the hospital.
