Dropping my original Review from 4 stars to 2 for a few reasons. 1) i find the place to be over priced for what it is, but i think all rentals are over priced, more so when they are cooperate owned. 2) the inspections while i understand why they are done, if you work graveyards they are inconsiderate as hell. If you work Nights do not live here. They will barge into your place when you are sleeping. Sure they send texts, but how the hell are you supposed to see those when you are sleeping? Also wont let you make an appointment for those either. Very Inconsiderate of anyone working nights. 3) they will nickle and dime you with fees. No way that I was told could I get out of their 'free internet and cable' it's not free there is a fee they charge you. If they tell you the rent is 1300ish expect to pay close to 1700 by the time the 'fees' are added in.

There are things to be ware of when you move there. You must give a notice sixty days in advance with your last day falling on the last day of the month. I moved into a unit that had disgusting carpet. They noted the stains on the floors in all the carpeted rooms. I tried to clean the carpet but it ended up smelling worse. Especially near the sliding door. I'm guessing the prior renter had a dog that went to the restroom in the unit. Fedex will never attempt to deliver to your door. The grounds are not maintained and dog feces are everywhere. The stairs are not cleared of snow and become a glade of ice as well as the parking lot so it can be tricky to traverse with groceries. The walls are extremely thing. The people above me would have arguments in the middle of the night in the bedroom right above me. The front door had a gap large enough to see light through so I was partially heating the outdoors. Lastly, I spent hours cleaning only to be charged. Don't bother cleaning this is just a money hungry business with locations in multiple states.

Amazing staff, Kristi is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The property is well maintained (barring a few bad tenets) but you can tell the staff and contractors care about what they do. Easy move in and comfortable living.
