Me and my husband have been here for 9 months it's been really nice I have enjoyed myself with the Pools and Hot Tubs gyms the space to go walk around people are nice here the only one thing that I'm going to complain about it when me and my husband first moved in we had put a complaint in that someone has peaked down our window from above us and we had asked numerous times if they could clean it up they never did this is the way we move barely started moving in and it was like that that's the only complaint that I have the most of all this is actually really good place to live but I was going to ask you still going to ask if it will go up when ourlease is up will are new release go up or down those were thinking if it goes up we are leaving is there nice places but they're too expensive you really are

Mostly a great place to live. They failed to properly clean the carpets after the roof flooded one of our bedrooms and living room. AKA, we called them as soon as we got home to discover the roof was flooding our apartment and they brought us two buckets the size of milk jugs, that we had to empty every few minutes in the tub due to heavy down pour. They patched the walls, brought nothing to dry out and "save" the carpet or padding, which.. when padding is drenched you have to get rid of it anyhow. When we moved out they tried to pin it on us that the padding was ruined in an attempt to keep our deposit. I had to threaten small claims to get my deposit back.

I have lived at the Ridge for 4 years, and I love it. The office staff and management have never been anything but professional, courteous, and efficient when I have needed anything. The only issue I have it that the units are not soundproofed. I live in a one-bedroom and aside from one 6-month horror show of a neighbor, the noise level is bearable. The apartments are large and well-appointed. I love having my own laundry room in my apartment - this feels like home to me.
