My daughter and her family have had nothing but problems with the maintenance of their facility. They have been without air-conditioning most of the summer. Now they are without a hot water heater and running water while they have an infant in the house. They keep being told that they have to contact an outside vendor to have repairs and they have offered nothing as Nothing as far as compensation for not being able to stay in the place that they rent

I was hesitant to rent sight unseen after my cross country move, and the reviews had me somewhat concerned as well. That said, other than a hiccup with my move in date when someone unexpectedly renewed their lease (which the office staff were very apologetic for) I havenât had any issues. The apartment is great, neighbors are nice, itâs quiet at night and itâs near all the stores and amenities Iâd want. Yes, there are fees on top of the base rent, but this is all spelled out in the lease so Iâm not sure why so many people complain about it. If things change Iâll update my review, but so far Iâm very happy with everything.

By far the best experience Iâve ever had renting an apartment. The ladies in the office are super nice, something I was not used to before moving here. Would recommend!

Pigeons are all over unsanitary/ un maintained balconies and stair areas covered in bird feces. Maintenance on sidewalks very sub par in the winter months. Incorrect utility billing. They do not answer the phonesâ¦ ever. Donât waste your time cleaning either left in better condition then found and still charged a cleaning fee which has never happened to us before. Iâve sold several homes and cleaned them upon being sold and NEVER had an issue. Would not recommend.

I'm leaving a one star review because maintenance and vendors sent out to fix things often times do not knock, call, text, or otherwise communicate that they are coming to your apartment but instead simply barge in. I've had multiple instances of them doing that, opening my bedroom door as if they live there. It is super uncomfortable and unprofessional to have a strange man open your bedroom door or let themselves into your apartment or room without giving any notice. The amount of times this has happened is absolutely ridiculous. Do better.

I been waiting for summer and it is here and the pools are open and the Maintenance had them up and working on time with this heat thank you so much now the kids and I can swim and injoy the weather thank you to the Maintenance team at black more and the staff
