Worst place to live. You pay way more than the apartments are worth. There are hidden fees. You are changed for fees you shouldn't be when moving out. The management team have their favorites from tenants to employees to contractors. When you are in good with the manager, you get certain favors, unethical favors. When you go to the management team with a problem, you are not treated fairly, and a lot of the time are cussed out by the manager. The maintenance team do their best with what they are given. The pools aren't open as much as they should be. Warning, find somewhere else to live.

Hidden cost EVERYWHERE. This place advertised Cable/internet/utilities included. When we arrived from out of town to sign the lease nothing was included! We had all our things with us ready to move in so we couldn't back out. We were also charged a monthly maintaince fee to maintain their property! We were charged $75 monthly water/sewer/trash for a 2bedroom apt (not included in the lease). We were nickled & dimed for other charges as well. Such as: one day late switching utilities over and they charged us $25 on a $4.90 bill. Dog poo was all over the property and it smelled. The appliances were outdated. We will never make the mistake renting from TRB or any AMC property again. My husband is a hardworking veteran who didn't deserve to be taken advantage of.

I’m paying a lot of money for this apartment. Dogs barking. People loud after hours, Under staffed maintenance and I’m going on three days with broke ac I have two portable units in my apt. Over 1600 per month is too much for the service. I cannot recommend this .

Staff has been very accommodating moving from Texas to Casper had its stresses but office staff made us feel welcomed from the first phone call! Thank you for helping us transition and leaving the stress of where to live, but with peace of mind!
