I do not recommend these apartments. The office staff is very unprofessional, and do not have the best interest in mind for their residents. They will make up FALSE work orders to gain access into your home, and then will lie about it in front of your face to protect one another. When asking for proof to see where the âsupposed callâ came from they didnât want to show that. *because there was NEVER a call from my husband requesting that our âleaking sinkâ needed to be looked at!* We had phone records and KNOW for a fact we didnât call about leaking sinks, like your false work order stated. I should add, our SINKS werenât even leaking!!!! I have never felt as unsafe in my home as I did when we stayed in these apartments. You did us a huge favor by asking us to move, when I chose to stand up for myself, my husband, and our children. You thought youâd be putting us in a bind. You CANNOT falsely set up work orders to try and catch someone doing something. It doesnât work like that. I should also mention, they claim to be luxury apartments and they are very far from âluxury.â Nothing about this property is luxury. These apartments are the first to come up when searching for a home out of state. I highly recommend coming to Casper, and actually looking at other homes. There are other amazing properties that have kind staff and homes that are way nicer, more clean, and actually offer more than they do around the same price.
