DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!! Just like past reviews, they will charge you for the most ridiculous things. They gave us a hard time moving in when we were promised an apt at lower price lease signed and ready for move in. A day before move in, they said apt wasn't available but theres amother one 200.00 $ more expensive. At this point we were on road from another state going there. They didn't want to accommodate on the price and said look elsewhere. We ended up leasing that apt. At move out, carpet and the whole apt was deep cleaned yet according to them it was dirty. They charged so much extra. I had all my pictures and they even said they threw my damage list away because THEY HAD THEIRS. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL. THEY WILL CONSTANTLY LIE TO YOU AND OVER CHARGE YOU!!!!!!!! I hope karma does not catch up to them for their bitter heart. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. THERES MANY MORE AFFORDABLE AND CHILL APTS IN CASPER. we made the mistake by not looking sooner.

My husband, 2 cats and I called Blackmore home for almost 2 years. We loved our time here and 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, elevated apartment experience. The grounds felt super safe, things were very quiet at night and the staff in the office was incredibly easy to work with. Not to mention the pool and gym were great. Our apartment had a fireplace and ceiling fans which were great for the changing seasons. I had to break my lease due to a job promotion and they made the process very smooth.

Many people complain about hidden fees but everything is on the contract.. READ the contract. There is NO hidden Fees.

Worst place to live. You pay way more than the apartments are worth. There are hidden fees. You are changed for fees you shouldn't be when moving out. The management team have their favorites from tenants to employees to contractors. When you are in good with the manager, you get certain favors, unethical favors. When you go to the management team with a problem, you are not treated fairly, and a lot of the time are cussed out by the manager. The maintenance team do their best with what they are given. The pools aren't open as much as they should be. Warning, find somewhere else to live.
