I wish I could give them a zero stars! Out every where else I have rented never have I feared for my life and the lives of my children! The management team are rude and nasty and lie and charge you for fees that never happened.They harassed me and my service animal, they know he helps me with so much. They exposed me and my family to black mold several times and my asthma is even worse now. When tell them there is a problem with something like water coming through the windows, they never fix it. It took them over a year to fix honking pipes, moisture issues they never fixed. If there was issues with my safety and my children they didnât care to take care of it. I had weird tenets try to break in or follow me to my apartment. I called cops once and it means nothing to them. They tell you their complex is safe but I tell you it is not!!! They informed me this is luxury living apartments. No it is not!!!! They tell you we are sorry but never mean it or fix the issue at hand. They charge me for breaking lease early due to leaving for my family safety and they donât care! Please hear me out RUN anywhere else is better than this place. I wish I did and I regret my decision. I have more ptsd issues and now sever asthma issues because of there un-professional, nasty, toxic, money pocketing, gaslighting management team. So for your safety and others run!!!
