Way over priced for the service, and the apartments. From the beginning they donât answer the phone, regardless if you are looking to rent or if you have an issue. We looked at renting here. We were told one date that we could move in and told we had to set up utilities, after everything was set up they told us we couldnât move in for four more days. We were never contacted by the office manager, until after we had signed everything, even though she was in the building while we were signing. We were lied to about why it took so long for us to be able to get into our unit, as well as some of the upgrades that they had made. There was water damage, old baseboards (which was one of the âupgradesâ) and it wasnât cleaned before we were told we could move in, and it wasnât cleaned well even after they had the cleaners come back and do it again. After the office manager finally reached out, we were told we would get a credit for the utilities, and after some back-and-forth discussion, she offered to let us out of our lease and refund our deposit. We were never paid for the utility time, we were never refunded our service fee for running our card, and they will not refund the application fees. The refund took way longer than it should have and overall the customer service and communication for that was nonexistent. So we are out a few hundred bucks, but saved a whole lot of head ache. the unit itself is not worth it for what you have to pay for these apartments, not worth it all at all. Check out the preserve or granite 550 if youâre willing to pay this much for an apartment.
