Do not move here. The elevator is always braking down. They never answer the phone and I have been without an AC unit since may. They said they canât get it fixed until June 19th and I have children here and we are suffering. I asked to break the lease for the inconvenience and they said I had to pay 2,000 when is their fault. I donât know how my children and I will survive these conditions regarding how hot it is but I will be contacting the housing authority for sure. -concerned mother

As with everyone else... Don't expect to get your deposit back as well you may end up paying extra. Don't bother cleaning they will charge for it. Take pics before you move in. They take pics and say damage is yours even if it you document it. Good luck and don't expect any favors.
